Walking is considered to be one of the best exercises if you are trying to lose weight. You actually can lose up to 600 calories per hour just by walking. Let’s say that you are looking to lose at least 2 pounds per week.
In order to lose those 2 pounds you would have to walk roughly around two hours each day. As we know not everybody can walk two hours straight a day so what you would have to do is break your exercising down to like around 30 minutes and that will also be good.
As we all know if you continue to exercise on a regular basis, it is considered as an important part of helping you lose or maintain your weight.
